What is Market Regime?
The current market state β trending, ranging, or high volatility. Different regimes need different strategies: ADX > 25 use trend-following, ADX < 20 use mean reversion, BB compression β expansion = breakout signal. Misidentifying the regime is more fatal than choosing the wrong strategy.
