What is AGI?
AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) refers to an AI system that matches or exceeds human-level performance across most cognitive tasks. Unlike today’s LLMs that excel in narrow tasks, AGI must transfer across domains, learn new skills, and plan long-term goals. A step beyond is ASI (Artificial Superintelligence) β systems that comprehensively surpass human intelligence.
Real observation: our team uses Claude Opus across trading research, writing, and agent management. Single-task performance feels close to AGI, but it still depends on explicit prompts, tool calls, and external memory β far from truly autonomous multi-day project planning.
