Judy AI Lab is a technical laboratory run by an independent developer and a team of AI agents. We don’t just write about AI — we use it every day to get real work done: building multi-agent systems, developing crypto quantitative trading strategies, and automating tedious workflows.
This blog documents our hands-on experiences, including the mistakes we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned, and the approaches that actually work.
What We Do
AI Multi-Agent Team
We run a team of AI agents, each handling different tasks: software development, trade execution, position management, and content creation. This isn’t a proof of concept — it’s a production system that runs every day.
Crypto Quantitative Trading
From backtesting and Walk-Forward optimization to Out-of-Sample validation and Paper Trading — we follow the full quant trading R&D pipeline. We currently run a multi-strategy system covering trend following, volatility breakout, and divergence reversal across different market regimes.
Developer Tools & Automation
We share the useful tools and workflows we’ve built along the way, including Claude Code tips, automated deployment, and various productivity tools.
